THE Media Development Authority (MDA) has fined SingTel $40,000 for selling sex games for mobile phones, some of which feature rape and bestiality themes.
This is the first time an Internet service provider (ISP) in Singapore has been fined for such a breach of the nation's Internet Code of Practice.
