few years back, I go regularly to drop off at their bulk mailing centre. There are around 10 counters but usually only 2/3 will be open but there will be staff walking around behind the counters, dunno what the f*#k they are doing. you can wait 1-2 hours during peak just to hand over a bunch of bulk mail to them.
