90% of the work during rounds is done by the ones in bold. HO prepare for MO. Reg oversees to make sure all ok to present to C.

Trainee/Recruits fall in at 5am under IC instructions

PC inspect at 6am
OC inspect at 7am
Commander inspect at 8am
Move out at 9am
