Singapore prisons are packed with PRCs and FTs, any inside news?

Heard over in the coffeshops, pubs and drinking corners that Changi prisons are packed with PRCs.
The police force are also in shortage to deal with the FT criminals.

But why they are so free to entertain the SDP people?

The FT policy is taking its toll everyday.
