Is there any grounds to arrest the PRCs in the first place?
So can I a Singaporean hold a public bus up for 6 hours by insisting on having my grandma and wheelchair board a bus without facilities for the disabled as well as no insurance cover for it? Will SBS give me a free taxi ride if I, a Singaporean did the same thing as the PRC? Will the Singapore Police Force allow their resources to entertain my demands?

So they need the govt to draft out a procedure for such thing? The chinks will not lose face. i admire their guts and balls. IN this saga, i am impress by the china chink much much more than the sinkie chink.

Common sense will tell you all countries have laws to address public disorder such as this. A public bus on a designated route could not move as they refused to alight until the maxi cab was provided 6 hours later. It was not 5 minutes.

I don't think "refusing to get off a Bus" is against the law. Of coz, I may be wrong. Can someone well verse in SG law clarify if there's any grounds for arresting them
Like I said,

That was what he had tried to explain. But then I have no idea if it is applicable to talented people from the People's Republic of China. And the Police Force don't owe it to us to explain why no action was taken. We are just Singaporeans.

I'm not particularly well verse in SG law. Still waiting for someone to come out and clarify the legality of whether an arrest can be made
Its common sense. No different to stealing a fruit at a bazaar in Timbuktu. You can't say that you are not aware that it is offence. 6 hours - should have hit you like rock. People are regularly charged for disorderly behaviour at supermarkets, taxi , buses etc. These are public nuisance.
If one has an issue, they bring it up to the bus company. Very badly handled.
Let me put it in reverse then. Was there any example where a local refused to get off the bus and got arrested? If so, why was he arrested. I'm not saying whether they should be arrested or not. I'm asking if there is any grounds for the police to make the arrest. If they arrest a local before, that means there is legal grounds for them to make the arrest. If so, what was the reason given?

The problem is how come the bus driver didn't do anything? and need to call police. So no rules and standard procedure for this sort of situation? ahahhaha
