Mr Elvin Ong Beng Soon

Mr Elvin graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering. He is currently a Industrial Trader / Director in a partnership company. He has also found a local social & welfare organisation.

He volunteered his service in the meet-the-people session in Potong Pasir Constituency(2003-2006). During that time, he met and got to know the residents in the town and had since built a friendly relationship with them. He also learned and discovered the life of the residents and served them faithfully.

He strongly believes that everyone can be actively involved and concern in Singapore's politics and also to improve the life of all Singaporean. As younger generation, we are the leaders for the next generation, we must contribute our best to build a democratic and strong nation in the front line.

He who is one of the youngest candidates contested in General Election 2006 in the Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC, winning 31.30% of the vote.

Dr Anthony Ng Chiew Kiat: I was An Election Agent and Political Agent for Mr Chiam See Tong for the year of 2006 Singapore General Election. I was an ex-SDP and ex-WP supporter since 1985.
