Excessive cooking smell how to measure? What is excessive? If I love fried salted fish, I everyday fry salted fish considered excessive?

I know a neighbour of mine who is a cleanliness freak .. everyday vacuum floor with super power vacuum cleaner for more than an hour a day... His immediate neighbours downstairs buay tahan and complained to MCST...Also LAN LAN ... Can't do anything...

HDB spell check is not working...it was David & Sara...David Subramacham & Sarawathy Devi...lah!..High SES from India, with their Michelin 5 Star Indian cooking...how dare they accuse them of excessive cooking smell.

My Malay Neighbour excessive Curries, Rendang, & all sorts of mouth watering smell, I never complain? It only makes me hungry. This David & Sara, must be operating an illegal kitchen in the flat, cooking & packaging food packets as caterers to the Indian Workers. NEA & HDB should do a surprise visit & bring along the pest control too.
