I think a lot of people started thinking about this not too long ago.
actually some of my second senior fren already do that. the condo or hdb.flat rent out. one buy condo in kl and the other buy condo in bangkok. they stay there and collect rent here for income.
In fact I know of a current politician that is making plans to migrate.
