Dear Friends and Supporters,

Recently I made a police report against Calvin Cheng for asking his fans to make "social outcasts" of people who have signed this petition for seditious tendency.

3.—(1) A seditious tendency is a tendency —
(d) to raise discontent or disaffection amongst the citizens of Singapore or the residents in Singapore;
(e) to promote feelings of ill-will and hostility between different races or classes of the population of Singapore.

There is something very sinister brewing in our country and I do not like where it is going and where we are headed. I want to thank you for your support, your courage and your choice to "Not let vaccination status divide us."

As a Singaporean citizen, I have always been very proud of my country. I wear my citizenship like a proud badge on my sleeve. I love that we never discriminated against anyone based on race, language or religion. It was what made our country great. It was what took us from 3rd world to 1st world.

Looking back in history, the Nazis didn't get away with murder with big crimes first. It started with small things. Just like how you boil a frog. You never put a frog into hot soup immediately. You slowly turn up the heat.
I hope my fears are unfounded and it's just a temporary measure, but it's very hard to put my mind at ease. When I was young, I often wondered, how did the holocaust happen and why did human beings start doing such horrendous things to each other? And the answer is: They started doing little horrible things to each other first.

This National day, I'm organizing an online zoom event: Healing the Divide. Like my petition, I know that everyone has a choice to make.
By keeping quiet and allowing whatever is being said to be said, you agree to be part of whatever insidious plans there are to penalize us and made us "social outcasts". Please help me by sharing with people about the event.
