Absolute bollocks way back in the 80s I had both male and female staff and when they were hired they both went on the same pay scale for the same job. If the female had more work experience she'd be placed on a higher point on the pay scale and earn more than a male with less experience.

In general the ladies ended up earning more than sinkie men the same age because they had 2 additional years of relevant experience.

However as time went by men would catch up or overtake some of the ladies doing the same job because the ladies often declined promotions citing family commitments taking priority.

He has an Ang Mo wife. Thot he fighter for animal rights only ,now include women rights ,so more topics for him to speak in parliament.

Malays are always at the bottom of priority list. Cannot even play music anymore as youth today listen to mandarin songs or k-pop

How come now Ll then wayang ,do this do that ,we all know NS for local males n jobs for PR ,foreigners new citizen, now dependant pass woman can apply job, think the cliwns, are blind n deaf ,suddenly, all these clowns can see n hear ,but too late

Absolutely! Because of NS, law graduates (one example) lost three years worth of pay "rise" although most firms made some compensation on this.
