I found nowadays Singapore had becomes a really shit place for Singaporeans to work and live.
I see that most of the high pay individual are working less and less, and getting paid more and more. Just like our PAP ministers, I dont see they are working and doing anything much, but their pays are tremendous. Like Teo Chee Hean, Lee Boon Yang, Lee Bee Wah and a lot more.
Even the foreign talents when they came to Singapore, like the Ah Nehs, they became managers and etc, they get highly paid, but they are not working at all. I have seen Ah Nehs drinking coffee in the morning at 9am at Shenton Way coffeeshop, I pass by this groups of Ah Nehs(Indians), they were having a good time. When I finished my work and pass by this coffeeshop at 1100am, this same group of Indians are still having their coffee enjoying life.
What the hell is going on?
I am not even talking about working smart. Even if you work smart, you are still getting lower pay than those who are not really working in your companies.
There is an old news about this Singaporean girl who was made to work so hard by his foreign talent Indian manager that she died during her work.
Really all thanks to our PAP Ministers and government. They come out with all this shit of multi tasking. One person doing three persons jobs. And saying we must be competitive in order to survive in this world by kept pressing our Singaporeans salaries down. It is sadly had become an abused in many working places. You complain to MOM, they dont give a fuck to you. The MOM staff can even tells you that this is a Dog Eat Dog World!!! My god, this is what my friend told me when he went to file an complain to his ex company.
The fucking PAP ministers is so naive thinking that 1 person doing 3 persons jobs, that person will get a high increment in his salary. WRONG again!!! It has come to a point that you are getting lesser pay even though you are doing 3 persons jobs. With all these contracts jobs in the market, we Singaporeans are really fully being abused by MNC and foreigners.
Foreigners can do contracts jobs no problem, as after their contracts, they can take their money and fuck off from Singapore. But not us Singaporeans, we are condemned in this place, we cant fuck off from Singapore after our contracts jobs, we stayed and died in this fuck place.
Since Singapore PAP government likes multi tasking, why dont they practise it as well. Pay 1 PAP minister to do 3 ministers job. Paid Teo Chee Hean as Defence Minister, and asked him to might as well take the positions of Education Minister, Arts and Communication Minister and Home Affairs Minister. Right?
Dont tell the crap of talents, I dont see many talents in PAP. Are you going to tell me Lee Bee Wah is a talent? Teo Chee Hean is a talent? Or Lee Boon Yang is a talent too? They are all piece of shit, cannot work, talk a lot, and create problems and havoc in every depts they go.
If you PAP ministers cannot do multi tasking jobs, dont tell us Singaporeans to do it. Most of the PAP ministers are all a bunch of work less and get highly paid fucking baxtards.
And everyone please wake up, do not vote PAP again in the next General Election, vote the opposition parties so as to counter check the PAP.
If not I tell you, the next trend in Singapore is WORK MORE AND MORE, BUT NO PAY AT ALL!!!
What do I mean of no pay at all? It will become like you are a slave to your job. The company will provide you with 3 meals and a shelter. And that is your salary. You will be like the Bangladesh workers, 100 or more people staying together, just gives you enough to eat and that is your pay!!!
