JUN 03, 2024 The WHO had declared that the IHR amendments had been adopted at its 77th World Health Assembly, which ended on 1st June 2024. However, only 37 countries out of 194 had expressed support (SG was one of the 37). Other countries which had objected were ignored, not recognised or threatened.
