This Singapore and Australia solar farm project failed... still thinking of installing solar panels in the desert?
this is my alternative idea for you..... take to the sea and Oceans......
.... build solar panel ships, and install batteries in containers, slow sail ships in the seas and Oceans to charge the batteries... outcome results is the same .... plenty of sun in the sea and Oceans... sure catch.....
..... problem solved.... for small island Singapore with no big land mass or desert land mass .... take to the sea and Oceans...
Save $23B project and solar panel ships are much cheaper to build...
