A man has been charged for molesting seven underaged girls over a period of six years.
According to Shin Min Daily News, Huang Wan Qiang (55, human resource manager) had molested his victims between September 2004 and May 2010 by masquerading as a doctor.
Suffering from erectile dysfunction, Huang took to watching porn and molesting young girls between nine to 12 years old to satisfy his sexual desires.
He confessed that he targeted underaged girls because they tend to be more gullible.
Huang, who is married with a son and a daughter, also carries props to help him look like a doctor.
Clothed in long-sleeved shirt and pants, he would have with him a thermometer, surgical gloves and a fake stethoscope.
In the Shin Min Daily News report, Huang had molested one of his victims on 26 October, 2009.
The little girl was on her way home when she encountered Huang in an HDB estate at Sims Drive.
Huang pretended to ask her for directions and went into the same lift with the girl.
There, he told her he was a doctor and offered to do a checkup for her.
He took her temperature with a thermometer, then used a handkerchief to blindfold her.
He explained to her that the blindfold was necessary to prevent water from splashing into her eyes and hurting her.
He then made the girl perform oral sex on him. The victim did not know what he had put into her mouth and did as she was told.
Huang was not content to stop there.
He then took the blindfold off the girl and brought her to a quiet place, where he put on surgical gloves and sexually violated her with his fingers.
Later on, the girl went home and told her parents what happened.
Her parents lodged a police report.
Huang has pleaded guilty in court today and the case will resume in court on 23 March.
