You don't need to be a fortune teller to predict this current wave of Covid now swarming the country. The inept Government and the Thai people are well known of having a boh chup attitude in life and that is a good recipe for any kind of disaster. I have no doubt the Prayut administration purposely hide the true number of Thais infected during the 1st wave so as not to cause panic to the country and the local economy that depends on the monies of the sex tourists. And it's suicidal that the Government even allowed Songkran to be celebrated this year and Thais just love long holidays so that families and friends can have reunions to get pissed drunk. And the Bangkok Post even reported that the Government regards India and the Middle East countries as low risk countries and they are planning to attract tourists from these countries to visit Thailand soon to boost their economy.
