SIA, Emirates lose Australia appeal in cartel case
An Australian court has dismissed attempts by Singapore Airlines and Emirates to prevent Australia's competition watchdog from demanding documents in relation to a price-fixing probe.
The airlines are being investigated in relation to an alleged cartel involving international air-cargo operations.
Six other airlines, including Qantas Airways and British Airways, have also been sued.
