should we legalised it so we can have an option to sell our spare organ if we r really desperately in need of cash??

Yes. If we legalized it, we can control it. Otherwise, the people will suffer and the middleman earns the bundle. Look at the Tang Wee Sung case. The man have money and need a kidney. The poor Indonesian man is poor. If all the 300k goes to the poor man, he can get a better life for himself and his family. Why can't he enjoy life. What is the used of having both kidney when he cannot feed his family? So the bad guy is the middle man. He sucks blood.

i agree we shld legalise it here.....at least those ppl who need the $ r the one who benefit from it....mayb the authority here can set up an agency 2 oversee the trading of organ.....tat would ensure that the parties involve won't b taken advantage of......

If it's our organ, we should have the right of choice to give or sell.

It beats having it forcibly taken out of us for free by HOTA.

I have been watching this case and so far no news. They had a court date Aug 1 which was postponed to Aug 14 as reported by channelnewsasia. But come Aug 14 no news about anymore delays NOTHING!!.

I think maybe some cover-up or trying to make people forget. In Singapore, if you have money or are powderful - you can be above the law.

Pity the poor Indo donors who were thrown into jail real fast.
