I thought the parliamentary debate on by-election and GRCs was very informative. Intentionally or not, LHL has finally tell us straight in the face what GRCs are really for and it's clearly not for minorities representation.

It's good that he made it clear that by-elections are at PAP's pleasure and PAP doesn't need to follow the democratic election system of electing another MP when one has gone.

peoples can make up their mind about all this electoral stuffs - Are PAP right or just raping the constitution? and vote accordingly next GE 2011. PAP can't run away from GE 2011 for sure.
