for a long time
I noticed a sohs waiting outside shop and save supermarket
and asking everyone for the coupon stamps
people who buy more than S$15 will get a stamp
I sometimes give them when I have a stamp

I noticed that they have been standing there all all
morning I go there and they are there
evening I go there and they are there
it was like a fulltime job for them just collec ting stamps

now I realised that people across the country
are doing the same thing
at almost every shop and save supermarket

this is the 100 monkey effect
none of them knew each other
but all of them started to do the 'stamps collecting' at the same tim
it is tapping into the collective unconscious

I hope the sillyaporean will tap into the collective unconscious when elecion day come
when ALL singaporeans vote for chnage in govt

Are you sure they don't know each other? It is syndicated. The Ah Sohs gang up and sometime a 'supervisor' will drop by.

The Ah Soh even quarrel or fight each other over coupons.

They do that to gain something small, which to them is important.

PAP always dishes out something small to them, like cc
rebates, transport vouchers, GST rebates, etc etc, tapping
into their "collective unconscious:. It works, and results

I remember when I was a kid in primary sch
suddenly I noticed people using word/phrase like
'hong kan la' 'kia su'
I had thought that these phrase were only used in my school

later I went to another school
I was surprised that the kids there also used the 'hong kan la' ' kia su' words
and I wondered how these phrases spread...to other parts of the country,
I mean , i am talking about 1974 ,before the internet,
