Saw this good package of 4 stylish dining chair and table, a modern and sleek TV console. A supposedly full leather sofa tops it off.
All these for almost $4000.
In August, where I was supposed to hold my house warming, the furnitures came. The sofa DID NOT APPEAR at all. The 4 chairs that came were not the stylish modern ones that I have ordered but those used more for funerals.
I was fumed.
I rejected the 4 dining chairs on the spot and asked the Chinamen to bring them back. I also demanded for a quick delivery of my sofa.
Sofa came 3 weeks later. Dining Chairs were nowhere in sight. Salesperson cocked up and on the phone, told me that the 4 chairs that I had selected previously were too expensive and that they should never be in the package at all. He offered a lousy poor quality ones to replace the 4 high class chairs ( SAME PRICE )
When I told him I will not make the remaining 40% of the payment, he tried tricks and asked me to settle with the 4 lousy chairs first & make the full payment while he order the 4 good ones to replace them 3 weeks later. The lousy ones were to be stood in for my house warming party.
I was furious and told him off for wanting to con me. My house warming went by and my guests were given stools. Na bei..
Now since June I have made the order and now November is here, they said next week they will send the 4 chairs here.
However, I dont think they will send me the chairs that I have ordered in June. Probably try their same tricks again by sending lousy chairs hoping I will forget my orginal designs of the chairs.
Should I pay? Can I still reject the chairs now?
