originally, the civil serpants denied it was self defence, only until a netizen managed to post a medical report for that official who got hurt near his crotch, then they changed their position.
PRC officials will now control their dicks after this incident.

BEIJING: A Chinese waitress who fatally stabbed an official who tried to rape her was freed yesterday, ending a high-profile case that underscored widespread anger in China over the abuse of power.
Ms Deng Yujiao, 21, who worked at a karaoke-spa centre in central Hubei province, was not punished because she acted in self-defence, said state media.
The Badong County People's Court took into account the fact that she turned herself in after the incident and ruled that she had limited criminal responsibility because she was a manic-depressive, reports said.
Social commentator Hu Xingdou, who teaches at the Beijing Institute of Technology, said this was the first time a civilian who killed a government official has avoided punishment.
'The power of China's grassroots has risen up... and saved Ms Deng,' he said.
Her case sparked a massive outpouring of public support online as well as unusually sympathetic coverage in China's state-controlled media.
Police initially treated the case as murder, but changed the charge later to assault.
The petite woman has been dubbed 'China's No. 1 heroine, 2009' for daring to fight against sleazy officialdom.
On the night of May 10, Mr Deng Guida, an official from Yesanguan town in Hubei province, accosted Ms Deng at her workplace and demanded sex.
When she refused, he allegedly pushed her onto a sofa and, along with another local official, Mr Huang Dezhi, insulted and hit her.
When they stopped her from leaving, she pulled a fruit knife out of her bag and stabbed Mr Deng four times.
Mr Huang was injured when he tried to stop her. He has been detained by police since, sacked from his job and expelled from the Communist Party.
With her hair bunched in a ponytail and wearing a white T-shirt and grey three-quarter slacks, Ms Deng looked wan and thin when she turned up in court yesterday, according to state media reports. The verdict was delivered in just an hour.
At least 500 supporters who gathered outside the courthouse cheered when news broke of her release.
A sobbing Ms Deng told Xinhua news agency she was surprised by the outcome as she had expected a harsh punishment. She thanked the public for their support and said she needed to find a job.
Netizens rejoiced, with one of them saying: 'This represents the victory of the common man, justice at last!'
