From central to yishun over the last few years I seen and felt the stark difference. Yishun have very mad vibes. Prob the ones unscathed are the ones at the landed and country club areas but the rest of it is truly messed up. Many denizens there are already drowned in the doldrums and cannot relate. The ones who came from central and east and feel the turning from bad to worse vibes. 70s,80s mentality is very strong here ( the negative aspect of it that is ) . Good for retirees and 9 to 6 peeps but its quite shitty for micro biz crowd. Bad news is many from west area are pouring in lately so the madness is escalating. Many are waiting for MOP to move out. hdb damn jibai force ppl to live it out. sadistic gahmen dogs.
