"I am very disappointed as they were hairs dropping onto the floor and flying around," said the Stomper.
"Construction workers also eat at the place as they are doing upgrading at our block. This haircutting in an open space was inconsiderate."
In response to a Stomp query about the incident, a Choa Chu Kang Town Council spokesperson said it appeared to be an isolated event.
"We would like to take this opportunity to remind the public and residents that void decks are shared spaces for communal use. They serve as a common thoroughfare for visitors and residents alike.
"Therefore, it's inappropriate to use public areas like these for haircuts. Moreover, uncleared hair clippings are considered litter, which can result in penalties for the offender.
