There was an Ah Lian who was totally engrossed on her phone when she suddenly decided to cut sharply through the queue going up an escalator at West Mall. Predictably, she bumped into a middle-aged man with his wife. When he stared at the Ah Lian in disbelief, she shouted back: "What are you looking at?" in Mandarin.
