No lah. He is angry with the building's MCST, because they always want to collect money from tenants through parking charges even though they have season parking. And wheel clamping vehicles. Here's the video of this boss ah beng and his exploits.

There is no way he can escape from paying parking fee even a small amount. I received a sms today from HDB asking me to pay, at first I thought parking fine, then instruct me to download an app to pay, scam is first thing on my mind. Later I used my singpass to go in and check, it was parking fee that was not deducted, many times way back in 2022, all from Old Airport HC barrierless parking lot.
