Oh look, the PAP town council is building some bullshit stuff at a void deck. My guess is a 'senior citizen corner' or another childcare centre.

Some project for the construction cronies to do and huat.

I know it can be a real headache, especially when you're dealing with noise and disruptions. It's a common sentiment, for sure. Dealing with damage to your home due to renovation works below your flat is no joke. It's essential to address these issues, and I hope you can get it sorted out soon. I'm currently knee-deep in my own home makeover, and let me tell you, it's been a rollercoaster ride. One of the things I've been researching is skirting boards, and I stumbled upon https://mdfskirtingworld.co.uk/skirting-boards/. They have a great selection, and it's all about those finishing touches to make the place pop, right?
