Grab has not invested in a standard cup non spill cup holders to make it easy for riders to deluver multiple drinks. They expect the food provider to do this.
Anyway, the company has lost its way like nobody doing their job at the top and getting delivery failure data to see how they can improve.

I don't usually like to post people on page but it really pissed me off when one acts with no integrity. It really angers me not because of the money I have wasted but running away from mistakes.

Totally agreed with her. I think the rider is worried that he has to fork out his own money to pay for the spilled drinks and 7 cups is like more than $50. His earning all gone to waste. But he cannot act like this, he must have to balls to own up. This is a lesson he must face and deal with it so he can evolved a step higher as a human being.

Most new generations stayed in non-matured BTO estate, with no facilities. The nearest starbuck mall is 10 minutes bus ride away. Those stay in Condo, is even worse. Some riders find it a hassle to go under the scrutiny of Security Guards or the difficulty of using gate intecom while the receivers were taking their own sweet time to reply and auto unlock the gate. Time is money. Grab prefer matured towns where they can get multiple orders and delievered within the shortest period of time with no hassle unlike Condo or ulu HDB towns.

Technically he delivered right to their doorstep though not in the form they would have liked.

in californicate, boba tea shops seal the plastic takeaway cups using a sealing machine to prevent spillage. not a drop is ever spilled until cup reaches customer whereby customer punches a hole into seal with an enlarged straw to suck the balls out. sounds very kinky.
