Probably won by bribes or blackmail. Boeing cannot even deliver b737, b777 and new presidential jet. And NASA had to use starship to rescue astronauts stuck in space after Boeing space craft failed to launch.
Boeing will most probably fail to deliver F-47 as well like it us now behind schedule to deliver the new USAF trainer jointly designed by SAAB.
