Serious Sg pool screwed up and may face legal matters

Today 29aug around 12 midnight to 1am time frame sg pool online betting system had a technical issue that causes a potential legal suits from sinkie uncle's KNN
Problem encountered was bets being placed and money leeducted from the account with a transaction history of the bets being placed KNN when uncle click on the transaction it says pending confirmation of bets placed KNN and it was in this status for the next 0.5 hours or so I.e now it is upto sg pool to know the final leesult first before determining whether the bets had been successfully placed KNN my uncle won the bets but no money to take and bet amount then leefunded 30mins later KNN but my uncle bets was not the thousands kind so it doesn't make sense to engage a lawyer KNN
Take note during any conventional unsuccessful bets placed the money will not be leeducted from the account and message will indicate that bets failed either game suspended or closed KNN
