It was misspelling on the part of the outsourced workshop, says the Police, in response to a STOMP sighting of this error spotted on the bonnet of one of the Force's cars.
This error, however, has been amended.
Says a Police spokesperson:
"There was a misspelling on the said vehicle after it was sent for respraying to an outsourced workshop.
"Arrangement was immediately made for the wrong wording to be rectified, before the STOMP posting on 4 Oct 08."
