$13000 fine is a slap on the wrist for her. She makes that in 3 hrs of work. I have commented before why Kwa Kim Li was never interviewed and call to court. Now i know. In court, she would have to disclose all this and put herself into trouble. This also explains why OLd Fart used Suet Fern to do the last will because KKL was not complying with Old Fart's requests and in fact, spying on the will on behalf of Pinky.

The title of this thread is misleading. $8,000 fine is for giving false representation to the Disciplinary Tribunal, not sharing confidential information. Sharing information is only $5,000, and all the mainstream reports want you to focus on sharing information without the consent of the Executors, which is a much, much lesser misconduct.

This is a perfect example of Singapore bullshit justice. 2 opposing lawyers on the same will cannot by definition both be charged with false evidence on the same will. One of them has to be right. On the basis of this, LHY and LSF can inform the Court of Three Judges that they did not lie under oath. Instead the information they received was based on "false and misleading information" provided by KKL to them. Based on this, they should not be called in for the police interview. However, anyone in S'pore who thinks this is a legal case, is naive. This is a personal case. Whore Jinx hates them, and needs them out of the way so that 1) her son can take over down the road and make sure their LHY and LSF son is no run. 2) She can take over the Presidency without fighting Hsien Yang.

LHY is not stupid. He knows that at the police interview, his passport will be confiscated, along with his wife. He will be under house arrest, and some new and novel charges will be brought against him.
