Actually this kind of case when a female accused a male of molest, besides having cctv, I think there is no other way to proof for both sides. So long they doesn't have loopholes with their statement, they can say whatever they want.
There were many cases of employers molesting maid, how did the court actually get to know the truth and come to a conclusion?
