SINGAPORE — Soon after two food delivery riders made small talk, one accused the other of stealing his work jacket and pants. When the woman denied this, he smashed her handphone and punched her head.
On Monday (Dec 5), Chia Kok Ann, 37, was sentenced to one week’s jail and fined S$3,000 after he pleaded guilty to one charge each of voluntarily causing hurt and mischief to Ms Oon Ling Ling, 42.
