The agreement was signed by the Singapore regulator's subsidiary IDA International and T&T's National Information and Communication Technology Company Ltd. It covers a wide range of areas including national infocomm technology planning for T&T, as well as reviewing the Republic's e-services infrastructure and evaluating solutions for improving its e-government systems.
