Men and women in Singapore are getting back to their animalistic roots, sexually speaking.
According to a recent report by Channel NewsAsia, police have arrested 33 people for taking part in vice-related activities in a forested area off Bukit Batok Road.
The 33 arrested include seven women who may also be charged for trespassing state land.
Police conducted the raid in the area after acting on a tip-off.
Tarzan-style sex in the jungle has been gaining popularity of late in the Lion City.
In February, at least two sex dens operating in the wild were uncovered by police.
One was located in a forested area near Industrial Park E5 at Woodlands Avenue 4, while the other was sniffed out behind the Sungei Kadut canal near Choa Chu Kang Crescent.
While getting down and dirty in the forest may have a romantic edge to it, and conducive for Bollywood-esque sudden bursts of singing and running around trees, operating sex dens in Singapore is strictly illegal and those found guilty can face jail time as well as hefty fines.
