Whoa, five-car pile-up at Upper Thomson Road

5_cars-thumbnail.jpg

A concerned STOMPer saw this accident involving five cars along Upper Thomson Road and wonders what will happen if one of them drove into the bus stop that has no barriers.

Anakin told STOMP via email today (Sep 23):

"Normally on expressways, car pile ups are common.

"But this five-car pile-up was right in front of a busy bus stop along Upper Thomson Road.

"A bus stop with no barriers.

"Upper Thomson Road is a well-known area for speeding.

"Imagine if one of these cars swerved to avoid hitting another car and drove into the bus stop.

"The BMW was so damaged that it could not move to the side of the road till an hour later, when a tow truck came."

A 5-car pile-up along Upper Thomson road ?

Hmmmmm.....fishy fishy.

No wonder car insurers lost money.

One old car jam brake. 4 car behind pay the price. Lesson to learn don't too near to front car.
Can anyone get the 1st car plate number.
