An auxiliary police officer was jailed for six months for accepting a $100 bribe while on duty.
Gurunathan Munisamy, 34, was with Aetos Security Management and attached to PSA Pasir Panjang Terminal on May 11 when he committed the offence.
A district court heard on Friday that Mr Li Ronghui, a driver, was waiting at the entrance of the terminal for his colleague when Gurunathan, a Malaysian, brought him back to the observation post.
Mr Li then showed his identification and work documents to the officer, who did not release him.
