THE way to a man's heart is through his stomach, but the same may apply to women.

The art of love is not so dissimilar to the art of war. Think strategy, think resources. Used correctly, food is a potential weapon of mass seduction.

You don't need quantity. The right combination of just a few premium ingredients should suffice in capturing your love target via a tingle to his or her taste buds.

Add an element of surprise to this seafood seduction with a luscious layer of meaty-tasting well-aged gouda cheese.

Men in for the long haul with the woman of their dreams should definitely cultivate a taste for vintage cheese.

After all, fine cheese and women share something in common - they both get better with age.

Those who think the way to a man's heart is through his stomach is aiming about a foot too high.
