Did anyone read a report in the newspapers a few weeks ago about this conwoman who would visit the homes of the poor and elderly on the pretext of doing volunteer work and steal their money?
What a bitch, targetting the poor and elderly and pretending to help them and stealing what little money they had to buy food. Not only a thief but also a gutless coward.
She was described in the newspaper report as being a plump chinese woman in her 30s to 40s and able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien. Based on this, she could be a Singaporean or Malaysian, not likely to be a PRC national, who tend to be able to speak either Cantonese or Hokkien, seldom both.
