Knn, they are so unflexible.
I'm eligible for handphone upgrade (less than 10 months to finish contract). I request to downgrade my plan, from $82 with free 700mins (i dun think i clocked more than half of the 700 mins), to $56 with free 300 mins + 12gig dataplan (I want to surf with my iPhone.)
I'm willing to pay the penalty if its justifiable, this malay guy told me i have to pay $800 for the penalty. Then i ask him again, how much do i have to pay to terminate the account? he said also $800.
It doesnt make sense, why would i want to pay $800 + signing another 2 years than paying $800 to terminate the line?
