I will have heart attack if this happens to me.

I think in this case, ticket holders were not informed. It's quite common for Scoot to change their flight schedule, and normally Scoot would inform me a week in advance. I would then given the choice to accept the change or refund.
This is due to maximising use of it's planes. They have not put in any margins for delays like other legacy carriers. So consumers get cheaper tickets.Scoot is notorious. Fighting w air Asia as the worst airline.
They are unsackable cecasSack the pilots.
Injectvthem with multiple shots of COViD.They are unsackable cecas
So out of curiosity, in the event of a refund, how long will Scoot take to refund if they even return your money to you that is? 6 months, 1 years, 5 years, 10 years and eventually never? Or using techniques like delay, deny, defend to eventually wear you out and give up demanding for a refund?
They are not known as Scoot for nothing. If they plan to rebrand themselves, they can call themselves Chiong Airline.Other airlines usually delay flights. So Scoot is exceptional! They should be awarded accolades.
