Seed oils vs Saturated fats


9,423 Participants: one group ate food prepared with seed oils, the other consumed food made with saturated fats

Findings:
1. The group that took seed oils had lower cholesterol.
2. The group that took seed oils died much younger.
3. Data Analytics: 22% higher death-risk for every 30 mg/dL drop in cholesterol
