Don't give the MIWs more reason to increase the cost of living in Singapore.

Once no more enbloc sales, property prices will drop, rentals will drop, cost of doing business will drop.

If the property I bought at $1M few months back and now going embloc with me getting $3M, you asking me to say no to it ? And think about how to reduce cost to the other ppl in Singapore and when the MIWs themselves are massing millions?
