Let's say you heard a rumour that someone is out to get you, but you are not able to confirm it. You didn't hear it from the person directly. What would you do?

1. Ignore it, it's just a rumour.
2. Call the police. (but you are not able to produce any evidence of any threat)
3. Try to find out the person and reason with him (through logical argument)
4. Try to find put the person and settle with him (through money or other benefits)
5. Try and get the person first before he can do anything to you.
6. Be prepared, for example, installing surveillance cameras, hiring a bodyguard, etc.
7. Accept your fate, whatever it may be.

i would ask myself if i have anything or grudges with the person to the extend that he wants to get me. if not, i will leave it.

If yes, then i would take precaution myself. not point finding him to settle cos he would think i would be afraid of him. put it this way, if this idiot wants to settle with you, he will do it quietly. going around to broadcast means that he is trying to get some attention from you

If he had no grudge and came after you, he would be a confirmed lunatic. If he's a lunatic, there's no point in wanting to settle or negotiate with him. You may even have problems getting a bodyguard, as the loony may just go after the bodyguard instead.
If he goes around broadcasting, he may be trying to get attention, or then again, he may be trying to talk for the last time before he takes action.

In Sinkland, depends on who you are.

If you're a Elite, you will know, nobody dare to touch you, even if that person is from IMH, in that case, he/she will go there even before he/she touches you!

If you're a peasant, you better kill yourself first anyway by doing yourself a great favor!

There are different levels of elites.
There are the kind and decent few.
There are some who are heavily protected by bodyguards.
There are also those who are not "elite" enough to have bodyguards, yet continue to go about life in an arrogant and haughty manner.

There's no basis for the police to take action.
