Those 90 Palestinians are mostly civilians held without charge for years. Some are children..
They are being kidnapped too, but branded as prisoners. Some died under custody, some were raped or sodomised by their captors.

Terrorists are not legal combatants. They are a internal security threat and therefore is right to hold without charge. Since they are not legal, all means to extract intel from them is legal. Only Israel and the post 911 US administrations had the courage to dispense with demoncratic bullshit and put them in orange jumpsuits for waterboarding. LKY had that courage during Ops Coldstore. Relatively few Mudslimes were killed during such process. By contrast, most captives of Jihadists are beheaded.
