SINGAPORE - As celebrity chef Sam Leong and his son Joe are joking with each other and having their pictures taken for this interview, the elder Leong suddenly plants a kiss on Joe's cheek.
"I haven't kissed my son in 10 years," says the 53-year-old veteran chef-consultant at Forest at Resorts World Sentosa.
