For those of you who wonders about the legality of this business, I encourage you to visit http://www.ica.gov.sg/index.aspx and understand the different between being a local contact for visa application and applying falsified work permit (that will get you in trouble, and we are not in that business). There is nothing illegal about being a local contact for visa application.
