Btw, I will recommend they go observe the queue at Airport Terminal 1 on Tues, wed and thur. Please go there after midnight before you comment...

RWS rather than airport
Proximity to city and steady stream of passengers at casino a draw for drivers
By Leonard Lim
BOTH locations allow them to levy a $3 surcharge on top of the metered fare. But since the casino at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) opened a week ago, cabbies here find it makes more sense to head there instead of Changi Airport to pick up passengers.
Regular travellers have also noticed a slight dip in the number of taxis queueing at the airport.
'The casino is in a much more central location and there are so many people here because it's new,' said Comfort driver Tan Mong Heng, 60. He waited just 15 minutes at RWS last Thursday evening for a passenger.
'At the airport, the wait can be up to an hour so this is much better,' he said.
A steady stream of people was seen leaving the casino on Thursday afternoon when The Sunday Times visited the underground carpark where the taxis wait.
So although there were more than 20 cabs in the queue at any time, it moved constantly, unlike at the airport where there can be long intervals between arriving flights.
