Russian spy strips for Maxim
Xinhua
Russian spy Anna Chapman, who recently received an award for espionage, has stripped for a men's magazine. The image in Maxim shows Chapman posed as an ultimate mysterious and seductive woman holding a revolver, Russian media reported on Tuesday.
Some media reports have hailed the red-haired spy as one of the 100 sexiest women this year. The magazine has already promised more pictures of Chapman, and said she has done a lot for reviving a feeling of national identity in Russians.
"Anna has done more to excite patriotism in Russians than our football team and the Bulava missile put together," the magazine wrote. On Monday, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev awarded intelligence service agents who worked in the United States and were deported from the country in July 2010.
The group of 10 spies including Chapman, who had been working for years undercover in US as sleeper agents, returned to Russia in a sensational spy swap of four Russian nationals to the West. Upon returned, Chapman started a career of celebrity with frequent media reports over her activities. She is now as an advisor to the president of a Moscow bank Fondservicebank.
