Here is one more training of army forces. The training was made at the end of September on the polygon “Kapustin Yar”. In total, army forces have got 8 big army units, including marines, missile forces, artillery, Airborne forces and about 20 jets and copters. The topic was interesting: “Preparation and application of inter-specific groups of military forces in the stabilization of the situation in the Central Asian strategic direction.”

The whole practice was as much real as it could be during the military operations. All the army units had to fight together, against opposition.
On the first stage they made the total scouting of the area, organized the front-line, used the anti-rocket defense systems. They prepared everything for the fight and tried to anticipate the opposing forces. The second stage was long, it was pure battle, step by step to the enemy position. The organizers of the event tried to create the atmosphere of war – shortages of water, broken technical equipment and other things. The third stage was the destruction of the opponent. Together with rocket-launching brigades, army forces destroyed the key objects of the enemy forces.

The real bombing was made far from these positions, here you can see the improvisation of the opposing bombs. But nobody was injured.

Interesting fact: all the troops are living in field conditions for more than a week. They do not make camps or organized something comfortable. Usually the place for living is a hole in the ground, masked with something.
The interview with one of the officers showed, that the marines are trained with the new program, the army forces got new equipment, but nobody is going to tell about it.
